Convot uses the following types of cookies:

• Authentication cookies: Keep you signed in across pages and sessions. These are set by Supabase Auth and are required for the service to work.
• Preference cookies: Store your theme preference (light/dark mode) so the site looks right on your next visit.
• Session cookies: Track your chat widget session ID so conversations persist across page navigations on customer websites.
• Analytics cookies: We use Vercel Analytics to understand page visits and performance. These are anonymous and do not track individual users.

We use the following third-party services that may set cookies:

• Supabase: Authentication and session management.
• Vercel: Hosting and anonymous analytics.
• Razorpay: Payment processing. Razorpay may set cookies during the checkout process to prevent fraud and manage sessions.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to third parties.

When the Convot chat widget is embedded on a customer's website, it uses localStorage (not cookies) to store:

• Session ID for conversation continuity
• Chat message history
• Lead capture conversation stage

This data stays in the visitor's browser and is not sent to any third party. It can be cleared by the visitor at any time using the widget's reset button or by clearing browser storage.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View and delete existing cookies
• Block cookies from specific or all sites
• Set preferences for certain types of cookies

Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in to Convot. Other cookies can be disabled without affecting core functionality.

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. If you continue to use Convot after changes are posted, you accept the updated policy.
